Terms and Conditions

Gut Healing Transformation is a 12-week live coaching program designed to walk you through and help you implement our 5-step gut healing process known as the Alkaline Method™. 

Description of services provided includes the following:

A) Delivery of education and information related to the Alkaline Method™ 5-step gut healing process.

B) Access to the Gut Healing Transformation member portal, which houses all program content.

C) Guidance utilizing the Gut Healing Transformation comprehensive dietary guide designed to decrease inflammation and bring awareness to potential food sensitivities.

D) Access to the Gut Healing Transformation private Facebook group for support and accountability.

E) 12 one-hour coaching sessions weekly to provide coaching and support which aims to help clients uncover barriers to their success

F) Email support Monday-Friday, 10 AM-5 PM

Client understands and agrees that the use of all program components, including the membership site, is conditioned upon Client's agreement to the Terms and Conditions for use provided by Company.

Client also understands and agrees that the schedule for weekly coaching calls with other members of Gut Healing Transformation is subject to change with or without notice to the Client and shall be set forth by the Company. The coaches assigned to the calls shall vary based on the determination and discretion of the Company.

This agreement is valid as of the date in which the Client enrolls and will be in effect for 12 weeks once the program has started.

Payment must either be made in full at the beginning of the term which is $697, or upon approval and agreement by the Company, on a monthly basis. The applicable fee for the 12 week Term for this Agreement is three (3) equal payments of $297.

If the Client elects to finance the 12 week fee and make monthly payments, Client authorizes the Company to charge the credit card provided and on file for the Client each month. Client also agrees to provide a back-up credit card payment in the event the payment does not process or declines. Client acknowledges, understands, and agrees that failure to authorize the automatic payments and/or if Client disputes a credit card payment processed as set forth in this provision that such failure to authorize or dispute shall be considered a breach of Agreement by Client.

While the Company will strive to assist Client with the highest and best level of services provided in the scope of the Agreement, Client understands that with any program, the Company is unable to make promises or guarantees with respect to any outcome from participation in the program and therefore Company does not guarantee success or any specific results associated with the services provided. Client further understands that ultimately Client is responsible for his or her success in health and that this program is designed to enhance, supplement, and support Client in his or her efforts to reverse symptoms or disease and create optimal health.

Client understands and agrees that Company’s services are not counseling services and are not a substitute for professional counseling by a licensed psychotherapist or other licensed professional. Client understands that the Company does not consist of any licensed psychotherapists or counselors.

Client understands that the scope of services provided by Company only includes those services particularly described in this agreement. The limitations listed in this section are not meant to be a comprehensive list of all limitations and that in addition to the limitations set forth above that the only services to be provided are those set forth in this agreement.

Gut Healing Transformation contains general information about medical conditions and treatments. The information is not advice, and should not be treated as such.

The medical information in Gut Healing Transformation is provided without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Gut Healing Transformation makes no representations or warranties in relation to the medical information on Gut Healing Transformation.

You must not rely solely on Gut Healing Transformation as an alternative to medical advice from your doctor or other professional healthcare providers. 

If you have any specific questions about any medical matter you should consult your doctor or other professional healthcare provider. If you think you may be suffering from any medical condition you should seek immediate medical attention. 

You should never delay seeking medical advice, disregard medical advice, or discontinue medical treatment because of the Gut Healing Transformation program.

A refund may be provided should the Client successfully complete all 12 weeks of Gut Healing Transformation yet fail to see any results.

Successful completion of Gut Healing Transformation includes:

1. Attendance of all 12 coaching calls, whether live or replay
2. Proof of having watched coaching call replays if calls cannot be attended live (taking notes regarding the discussion in the calls, for example)
3. ALL written homework assignments completed and turned in
4. ALL questionnaires completed on a weekly basis and turned in
5. ALL module lessons in the member portal watched and completed

Results achieved during Gut Healing Transformation may vary, including:

1. Reduced or eliminated physical symptoms (including bloating, gas, weight gain, fatigue, constipation, diarrhea, etc.)
2. Increased positive state of being (such as feelings of peace, joy, contentment, confidence, happiness, etc.)
3. Decreased negative state of being (such as feelings of stress, fear, guilt, shame, anger, etc.)

Results are NOT guaranteed, however Company is confident that is Client applies himself or herself and completes Gut Healing Transformation successfully, as outlined above, he or she can likely experience one or more of the results outlined above.

Weekly questionnaires will be provided as part of Gut Healing Transformation in order to assess progress. If no cumulative change or progress has been achieved by the end of 12 weeks, Client is eligible for a full refund.

Please note: Progress is not linear and may appear inconsistent due to the nature of behavior change and health change. This will be taken into account in the review of Client's questionnaires.
