Most people address hormone imbalance by addressing the individual hormones. For example, taking thyroid medication, applying estrogen cream or patch, or taking B vitamins in order to lower cortisol levels.
But the problem is that ALL hormones work together, so you can't just address ONE hormone. You have to address all of them.
Think about an orchestra conductor. All sections of the orchestra must perform together in harmony in order to create a beautiful symphony.
But if the conductor focuses only on leading the string section, and disregards all the other sections, the entire orchestra no longer works together, turning into a cacophony.

In this program, I'll teach you how to regulate your nervous system through the practice of yoga and chakra balancing to shift your energy within and reset your hormones to eliminate symptoms in the bud.
Hormone Harmony Schedule
Every day, we will tackle a specific chakra that can be linked to symptoms of hormonal imbalance. Whether you are a beginner or an intermediate/advanced yogi, there will be a yoga sequence tailored to your ability that will help recalibrate your energy centers.
In addition, we will touch upon breathing techniques, reflective topics that will challenge your subconscious thoughts, and food recommendations (breakfast, lunch, dinner) that will help you dive even deeper into your reset.
This is a 7-day virtual program that takes place online. We will also have 2 video calls as part of the program that will be recorded if you're unable to attend live.
